empty minibarvisible wear
the room showed its age the bathtub had rust around the drain i also noticed the minibar was empty and the shopping arcade was completely closed. this gave the impression of neglect. the staff seemed indifferent to these issues which was frustrating. i hoped for a more maintained environment considering the hotel's reputation.
